April 17, 2009 | HYDE PARK -- Two outlines for the
buffering zone ordinance were talked about at the Planning
and Zoning meeting Wednesday.
Commissioner David James said under Chairman Reed
Elder's plan, the ordinance would state where each residential
and commercial building will be built within the buffering
zone. However, under James' outline, he said it would
state how much percentage needs to be residential and
how much needs to be commercial.
Elder said he would like public feedback, but did
not set a public hearing date since the ordinance has
yet to be completed
