Aggies wanted for USU tailgate party at BYU

September 6, 2006 | Utah State University alumni, friends and family are invited to a tailgate party as the Aggies take on Brigham Young University Sept. 23 in the LaVell Edwards Stadium in Provo. The party is at Helaman Field, just south of the Lavell Edwards Stadium, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The game begins at 1 p.m.

USU alum and former BYU football coach LaVell Edwards is a special guest at the event. USU President Stan L. Albrecht and his wife, Joyce, will also be in attendance.

Cost for the party is $8 per person and includes a hamburger, salad, chips and a drink. RSVP by Friday, Sept. 15, by calling 435-797-1320 or 888-653-6246, for reservations. The price does not include game tickets.

Parking is free and available in any of the stadium lots or at the Marriott Center on a first come, first serve basis. For more information about the tailgate party or a map for parking, visit the Alumni Web site.
